Mission
The North Carolina National Guard Chaplain Corps provides robust and comprehensive Religios Support to strengthen our Service Members and their Families to meet the challenges of both foreign and domestic Homeland Defense operations. The Religious Support Operations Center (RSOC) works on behalf of the Senior Army Unit Ministry Team, providing day to day to tactical and operational support.

Building Strong and Ready Teams
Building Strong and Ready Teams (BSRT) are command directed and chaplain led programs which assists commanders in building Soldier resiliency by strengthening the Army Family. The core mission of the BSRT program is to increase individual Soldier and Family member readiness through relationship education and skills training.
The BSRT program offers a three-days and one-day training event option:
- Three-days event begin on Friday and conclude on Sunday. Funding pays for lodging, five meals, training material, and childcare.
- One-day events funds pay for training material, one meal and conference room if required.
